Synopsis

A theatrical adaptation of the classic fairy tale, the story follows, Snow White, a kind and beautiful princess whose jealous stepmother, the Wicked Queen, seeks to eliminate her after a magic mirror declares Snow White to be the fairest in the land. Fearing for her life, Snow White escapes into the forest, where she finds refuge with seven kind-hearted dwarfs.

Despite their protection, the Queen discovers Snow White’s whereabouts and, using dark magic, disguises herself to trick the princess into eating a poisoned apple. Snow White falls into a deep sleep, believed to be dead, until a handsome Prince arrives and breaks the spell with a kiss. Love and goodness triumph over evil as the Prince awakens Snow White, leading to a joyous ending.

Jessie Braham White’s adaptation stays true to the fairy tale while adding theatrical elements that enhance its charm, humor, and drama—making it a beloved stage production for audiences of all ages.
